Return and Refund Policy


At Enchanted Escape Reading, every order is hand-wrapped and made with care to create a cozy, magical reading experience. Because each box and candle is made-to-order and contains personal or handcrafted items, returns and refunds are not accepted once your order has been shipped.

🖤 Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived damaged.

If this happens, please email ashley@enchantedescapereading.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

🕯 Candle Policy

All candles are hand-poured in small batches, and slight variations in color, scent strength, or wax appearance are normal.


Because of their handmade nature, returns and refunds are not accepted for candles unless they arrive damaged or defective.


If your candle arrives broken or leaking, please email ashley@enchantedescapereading.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

💌 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once packaging has begun, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order since every box is custom-prepared.

✨ Non-Refundable Items

Because of their personalized and mystery nature, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Blind Date with a Book boxes (all tiers)

  • Limited Edition Self-Care Boxes

  • Candles (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Opened or used self-care items (masks, candles, etc.)

  • Digital downloads or gift cards
